Our Mission

 

Construction, renovation and even remodeling projects require approvals from municipal regulatory authority. Our role is to assist the owner, or the builder in obtaining the building needed for construction.

The process generally begins with evaluation of the design criteria against project constrains and to derive to a working solution for the client.

The next phase consists of developing and refining a set of drawings that are required for submission; these drawings will show the city the amount and the type of proposed work. Projects size will determine what drawings are needed for submission. These generally consist of drafted floor plans for existing conditions + demolition, and new work, elevations and a section as needed depending on the scope. The drafting process usually takes about 2-3 weeks from the initial site visit.

Keep in mind that the municipality reserves additional 30 days for review, but usually takes less time, depending on your town.
